🔁 Return Policy

We want you to love your scrubs — like, can’t-stop-wearing-them love.

If they’re not quite right, no worries!

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached within 14 days of delivery.

Easy steps to return:

    1.    Email us at support@thescrubcollection.com with your order number & reason for return.

    2.    We’ll send return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (for exchanges or store credit).

    3.    Once we receive your items, we’ll process your refund or send your new size/style!

Please note:

    •    Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

    •    Sale items are final sale unless there’s a quality issue.
